Generally, our MOQ is 1pcs (No MOQ) for one design, we can also accept mix designs to support your small business or as a test order.
2.How should I start an order?
You can shop online, select the styles and color you like and choose the shipping way or you can contact us directly for stuff service.
3.How should I pay to you?
You can pay via T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union or Paypal.
4.How many days can you arrange shipping?
Generally we can arrange shipping within 1-3 days, it also depends on your order quantity and inventory.
5. How long will be the shipping delivery time?
If you ship by Epacket, it will be about 25-30 days.
If you ship by express, it will be about 5-10 working days.
6. Can I customize one side with your text, the other side with my logo?
Sure, for custom tag, the MOQ is 50pcs per design.
7.What kinds of file should I provide to you for custom item?
PDF/AI/PSD format file is OK.
8.What is the sample lead time and production lead time?
5-7 days for sample; 12-15 days for production.
